Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we have a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and no refunds are given in any case.

We do offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To request an exchange, you can start by contacting us at beadsbymaji@gmail.com. You will need the your order number as proof of purchase.

Exchange Eligibility 

  • Your custom item is not the right size.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your item arrives damaged.

Damages / Lost Mail

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is required that you email us (beadsbymaji@gmail.com) a picture of product as proof, only if it is damaged or if it is not the item that you initially ordered. 

DisclaimerBeadsbyMaji has no control over items that are in USPS' custody. BeadsbyMaji is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipment. Please contact USPS for all your shipping inquires.  If your package has already been shipped out with the wrong address, BeadsbyMaji cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, there will be a shipping fee to ship your order out again.
