I have absolutely nothing but praises to sing about Beads By Maji, the quality of the beads, and the customer service they have to offer. My package was lost by USPS, shortly after I contacted the customer service team I was contacted back letting me know they would make me another free of charge on my end. I am SO appreciative of how they handled the situation, and how promptly they did so, and it all makes me love my beads that much more. They’re such high quality, they fit perfectly, and the craftsmanship is so top notch. All around, it’s a 5 star experience.
